Q: How much does it cost?
A: We have a flat per person rate system with discounts for ATG, ATG Trust, and IRELA members (see Program/Discount Package Rates).
Q: Are there discounts available for non-members?
A: Some of our programs will have special rates, see our Program Calendar for the latest information. You can also buy a Lawyer Discount Package — the more programs you take, the bigger your savings.
Q: I've bought a Lawyer Discount Package. Now what do I do?
A: Once you receive the e-mail notice of your status change, click the Discount Package User Page link. You can now open the links to the pages where you can directly register for our live programs and take our OnDemand seminars.
Q: Does ATG provide program materials?
A: Yes. You will receive an e-mail before the presentation with a link for the materials that you can download and print in your office.
Q: When will I get my CLE certificate?
A: Certificates are mailed out no later than 30 days after you complete the program.
OnLine ProgramsQ: What does my computer need to have for this to work?
A: We recommend your computer have the following:- Windows 98, SE, 2000, XP, Vista, or 7
- A Flash-enabled web browser such as Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, Netscape Navigator 7.1, etc.
- Adobe's Macromedia Flash Player 9 or higher (click here to install the latest version)
- Minimum bandwidth requirement of 6 kb/sec
- Speakers or headphones attached to your computer
Q: Can more than one person attend on the same computer?
A: Yes, however, each attending attorney seeking CLE credit must register and sign in individually.
Q: What are Connect programs?
A: ATG Legal Ed Connect is our interactive web conferencing solution. It provides real-time CLE programs that you can take from any computer with Internet access. Each lunch-hour program qualifies for 1.00 to 2.00 CLE hours
Q: Will my phone line be tied up during an ATG Legal Ed Connect program?
A: No, the program is delivered through your Internet connection.
Q: Can I ask questions during the session?
A: Yes. Type your question(s) or comment(s) in the query section of your screen. The speaker(s) will answer as many as time allows during Connect programs and respond via e-mail when necessary. In the case of OnDemand programs, your questions will be forwarded to our Underwriting staff who will contact you as soon as possible.
Q: What are OnDemand programs?
A: ATG Legal Ed OnDemand programs are pre-recorded CLE and training programs that are available 24/7 — earn your credit hours at your convenience.
Q: Once I've bought an OnDemand program, how do I take it?
A: All OnDemand programs you purchase are stored in your My Legal Ed Account where you can access them 24/7 (see step-by-step instructions).
