IN THE NEWSATG Gives Generously to Local Organizations
ATG and its members have tried to make a difference during 2009. Through our Foreclosure Helpline (January 2009) and our five "Fix Your Mortgage" events, our staff and members have been on the phone and face-to-face with hundreds of homeowners who were either on the brink — or in the throes — of foreclosure, wondering where to turn. By donating our time, talent, and resources, we’ve tried to offer help in the form of practical assistance and sound advice. In addition, we have donated to the following housing-related organizations whose missions, while varied, align with our core beliefs. In support of these organizations and in the spirit of the season, we wish you and your family a happy and healthy holiday.

 | Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund (ATG) and two member law firms, Pierce and Associates and Codilis & Associates, recently made donations to the Chicago Bar Foundation totaling $100,000 to support several pro bono and legal aid organizations that are working with the courts to help the growing number of people facing foreclosure.
