Membership RequirementsAn attorney considering ATG membership must meet the following requirements:- have a license to practice law in Illinois, Wisconsin, or Indiana (and be in good standing with that state Bar);
- actively practice law, real estate law in particular;
- demonstrate skill, experience, and competence in business activities similar to those of ATG and/or its subsidiaries; and
- have a separate law office facility and full-time support staff, unless ATG waives this requirement.
Our application also requires information about you and your law practice, plus the standard reference, credit, and background checks. Once approved, we provide training and start-up assistance, and that’s it! There are no annual membership fees, premium minimums, or dues.[Last update: 8-26-08] |
