ATG On-Line Forms
This page contains printable versions of the most commonly-used ATG forms. With a click, members can view and print out the form needed for a transaction. If it's not on the, on-line list, they can request it via e-mail.

Closing Protection Letters
Submit requests for closing protection letters for your transactions on-line, usually with same day turnaround if submitted on a workday.

Search Providers
You have a closing coming up and you need to search the chain of title. As a member of ATG, you can click Approved Search Providers and access our pool of providers by selecting the county where the property is located and viewing a list of search providers for that area.

Prior Policy Lookup
In some cases, you can save time if the property was previously insured through ATG. To find out if we have a prior policy on file, the ATG member clicks Prior Policy Lookup and types in the PIN number. If a prior policy exists, the member can request a faxed copy.

Municipality Transfer Taxes and Inspections
Several Chicago suburbs require certified inspections of real estate prior to the transfer or change of tenants. In addition, many municipalities require transfer taxes on real estate transactions. The ATG member accesses our Transfer Tax Ordinances and Inspections Chart web page for a current list of these suburbs and their transfer tax and inspection requirements.

ATG has made on-line research easier for members. Our Legal Research Internet Links page lists more than 300 links to on-line research sources, saving hours of surfing time. Categories include Federal Law, State Law (all 50 states and Puerto Rico), Statutes, Codes, Executive Law, and more.
