The increase in frauds and schemes in the real estate business puts us all at risk. These schemes victimize individuals and businesses, including ours. Low-income families are lured into home loans they cannot afford, legitimate lenders are saddled with over-inflated mortgages, and honest real estate investors are fleeced out of their investment dollars. This program will teach you what to look for, how to avoid being affected by these schemes, and how to protect your clients.

CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION INFORMATION:
