Lynne has a storied history of facilitating national growth of both title agencies and underwriters. Her experience managing in-house title and closing operations and facilitating national growth in previous roles (Director of National Title Production, Director of National Operations, and Senior Vice President of National Operations) will help us build our future. She looks forward to applying those years of experience to Advocus.

She is also dedicated to the people side of our business through her commitment to internal team building and a service mentality. Lynne recently shared a message with her team about kindness with every transaction, "This isn't just a transaction, it's part of someone's story. As title insurance professionals, we have the opportunity to have an impact on some of the most important moments in a person's life—the purchase or sale of their home."

As our new Chief Operating Officer, Lynne is responsible for the successful growth and operations of all aspects of our business. "I am most looking forward to expanding the Advocus footprint. National expansion can be a challenging but exciting endeavor. I have first-hand knowledge of what it takes to build a winning team and a strong focus on service to maintain it."

Lynne is a Licensed Title Agent in multiple states and has worked almost every title operations position as she moved through the ranks. "I hope to bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the wonderful traditions Advocus has been built upon. I look forward to meeting more agents and customers."

Lynne prioritizes volunteerism and advocacy by working as a committee leader and board member for several philanthropic organizations. She is also active with the American Land Title Association (ALTA) currently serving on the Government Affairs Committee, the Homeowner Outreach Program Work Group, and the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) Liaison Work Group.

Lynne will be working closely with other Advocus operations leaders, including Kelly Davis, our new SVP - National Operations (see below), and Dawn Efflandt, SVP - Operations (read about Dawn, here).
