Back to Basics, Part 6: GO Live Title Exam

This course will focus on how to review a search and use that information to complete a title exam through the GO Live platform used for closings in the Chicago area.

Learn how to review the following: deeds and other recorded documents in the chain, judgment and lien searches, and the lien registry. Review how to to raise other title exceptions necessary to create a title commitment.

Lowell started as a law clerk at ATG (now Advocus) in 2002. Over the years he has worked in various roles and is now an attorney for our Commercial Department.
