We learned yesterday afternoon that agent information is not populating in the Transaction Identification Data section at the top of Schedule A or in the agency countersignature block at the bottom of Schedule A of Title Commitments issued in Qualia Core. See sections boxed in red in the screen shot below from a test file we generated in Qualia Core this afternoon. This issue appears to impact all Title Commitments issued by agents in Qualia Core. This does not appear to impact any other title products (policies or closing protection letters). We have reported this bug to Qualia Support and are working to get this resolved. We will update you once this issue has been fixed.
