To follow up on our email from Friday, June 27, 2025, Qualia advised us late Friday afternoon that the agent information is now correctly populating in the Transaction Identification Data section at the top of Schedule A and in the agency countersignature block at the bottom of Schedule A of Title Commitments issued in Qualia Core. We have confirmed this by creating a test commitment in Qualia. For commitments that were issued before this bug was fixed, you should be able to either click Void and reissue those commitments or click the Amend button to cause the agent information to populate in the Title Commitment. If you continue to encounter issues with the agent information populating on Schedule A of Title Commitments issued in Qualia, please notify our Admin Team at the email linked in the Questions? section below.
