He is known for fostering high-performing teams, embracing agile delivery models, and introducing practical innovations that connect technology strategy to real business outcomes.

Melissa will lead the IT customer success function across all client-facing technology platforms, ensuring our products are adopted and well-supported, and that we deliver a high-touch, relationship-driven experience for our agents.
