ATG's Paul Freske and Marlena Wygocki Recognized for Excellence

Two of ATG's finest were recognized by the Illinois Mortgage Banker Association (IMBA) at its "Best in the Business 2012" Awards Dinner, September 19, 2012, at the Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook. The event recognizes excellence and leadership in the mortgage industry. We are pleased to congratulate Paul Freske, recipient of the "Best Title Insurance Representative" award; and Marlena Wygocki, recipient of the "Best Mortgage Loan Closer" award.

There were several nominations in each category; all nominations were sent in by members of the association, which included some of our customers and members. Paul and Marlena are dedicated professionals with many years of experience. "In doing their often difficult and always-multi-faceted jobs in an ever-changing industry, Paul and Marlena have cultivated many meaningful relationships over time and have earned the trust and respect of many in the industry. We are proud of Paul and Marlena for their hard work and commitment, and offers our congratulations to all the nominees," Peter Birnbaum, ATG President and CEO.

The IMBA comprises approximately 165 companies and institutions whose business interests revolve around residential and/or commercial mortgage lending including mortgage bankers, community banks, national banks and those providing services to mortgage lenders, including title insurance companies, attorneys, mortgage insurance companies, appraisers, credit bureaus, and Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. IMBA provides information, educational resources, and advocacy to support its members. ATG has been a member of the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association (IMBA) for more than 25 years; key ATG employees have served on committees or in other leadership positions over time and is a frequent sponsor of IMBA educational events and other initiatives. Currently, ATG's Kelly Kawell serves on the IMBA Board of Directors.
