ATG Announces Corporate Promotions

Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. - Wisconsin Operations

Tom Cullen photoThomas G. Cullen has been promoted to Vice President - ATG Wisconsin Operations. Formerly the Managing Attorney, Tom has more than 27 years experience as a real estate attorney. has been responsible for ATG's Wisconsin Operations since joining ATG as Managing Attorney in 2005.

"With his practical experience in transactional, land use, and real estate development matters, Tom will continue to help ATG provide a unique, high level of service to both attorneys and their clients," said ATG President and CEO Peter Birnbaum.

Elected to the board of directors of the Wisconsin Land Title Association in 2009, Tom is currently serving as president elect and co-chair of the legislative committee. He is also a frequent lecturer on title insurance, real property law, and real estate transactional matters.

ATG LegalServe, Inc.

Arden K. Miner photoArden K. Miner has been promoted to President and CEO of ATG LegalServe, Inc., a subsidiary of the Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. In her new position, she is responsible for overseeing the management of day-to-day operations, as well as carrying out the directions of the ATG LegalServe board of directors.

"Arden is the perfect leader to help us define our overall corporate mission, evaluate our current services, develop new directions, and ensure the proper resources are in place to achieve our company's goals," said attorney Aurora Austriaco, chair of the ATG LegalServe board.

Before accepting her new position, Arden worked in ATG's Legal - Underwriting department (2001 - 2004) first as an attorney then senior manager of the underwriting and escrow departments. She joined ATG LegalServe in early 2012 as its Executive Vice President. She has also served on the board of directors of the Illinois Land Title Association, as a past chair for the CBA Real Property Law Committee, and is current vice chair of the UPL and Multi-Disciplinary Law Committees.

The Judicial Sales Corporation

photoNancy R. Vallone has been promoted to President and CEO of The Judicial Sales Corporation (TJSC), a subsidiary of Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. Prior to joining TJSC in October 1991, Nancy was a special commissioner of the Federal court for six years. She has conducted more than 20,000 foreclosure sales in her career.

"With more than 30 years experience in the mortgage foreclosure industry, Nancy is the ideal leader for The Judicial Sales Corporation. She is very hands-on, and has the long-term vision and good judgment to ensure the proper resources are in place to achieve our company's goals," said ATG president and CEO, Peter Birnbaum.

Under Nancy's leadership, TJSC has achieved recognition by the judiciary and foreclosure attorneys for expeditiously performing the duties of a selling officer as defined within the Illinois Mortgage Foreclosure Law, enabling the company to expand services throughout Illinois.
