ATG Represented at the 2014 IMBA Best in the Business Awards

It is with great pleasure that ATG recognizes one of our independent closers and two employees who were nominated for the 2014 Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association (IMBA) Best in the Business Awards in two categories:

Best Title Company Closer Nominee:
Shana Ritter, Independent Closer

Best Other Industry Service Provider Nominees:
Raymond "Ray" Villasana, Sr., Office Administrator, Regional Company Services, Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund (winner!)
Kathy Xie, Underwriting Attorney, Legal Department, Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund

Ray Villasana received the award for "Best Other Industry Service Provider. Of this accomplishment, ATG President and CEO Peter Birnbaum commented, "Ray exemplifies the qualities we most admire in serving customers: empathy, patience, and a can-do attitude. We are proud of all the nominees—thank you for all your hard work."

Established to recognize excellence and leadership in the mortgage industry, the awards committee chose recipients based on nominations by their peers showing they demonstrated excellence, outstanding performance, and initiative in their position in the mortgage industry. More than 250 guests attended the reception and dinner at the Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook, Illinois.
