Gregory J. Miely is the new Manager of the ATG Underwriting Department, his new title is Senior Managing Attorney and Corporate Counsel. He handles legal and underwriting questions as well as closing problems for members in Illinois and Indiana. Greg’s extensive experience and broad base of knowledge cover title insurance matters, closing problems, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and other areas of real estate law. His more than 25 years at ATG includes underwriting attorney and corporate counsel, plus five years as a software developer. Greg is also the editor of Casenotes and Underwriters’ Bulletin and a frequent seminar speaker.

Tania M.S. Stori has moved from Underwriting to the ATG Claims Department, her new title is Senior Claims Attorney. Her extensive experience managing the Underwriting Department leaves her well prepared to take on the analysis and processing of title insurance claims. Tania is an experienced author and speaker on topics related to residential and commercial real estate and is the current chair of the Illinois Land Title Association's Title Counsel Committee.
