The Cook County Treasurer recently announced the 2015 annual tax sale will begin April 3, 2017. The new tax sale date is earlier than it has been in the past. Please be aware that 2015 taxes shown as paid after April 3, 2017 may have been paid by a tax buyer as part of the tax sale. In the case where taxes are shown as paid after the tax sale date, the owner will either need to provide proof of payment or fill out ATG Form 3011-A: Personal Undertaking with Title Indemnity Deposit Agreement - Member completely.
