If a Advocus agent is contacted about a potential claim the agent and their office staff should promptly notify the Advocus Claims Department of the potential claim. Pursuant to Condition 16 of the 2021 ALTA Loan Policy of Title Insurance and Condition 17 of the 2021 ALTA Owner’s Policy of Title Insurance:

Any notice of claim and any other notice or statement in writing required to be given to the Company under this policy must be given to the Company at either claims@advocustitle.com or P.O. Box 9136, Champaign, IL 61826-9136.
