Attention Indiana ATG members: ATG has finalized guidelines for closing accounts. Found in the Title Forms and Procedures Manual, chapter 1, Agency Escrow Disbursement Accounts, contains a description of the ATG guidelines for opening and maintaining an ATG Agency Escrow Disbursement Account. The chapter also discusses certain other sources of law governing attorney/title agent closing accounts that members should be familiar with.
