In their presentation, speakers Scott Renfroe and Wendy Muchman with the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) will use scenarios from the spectacular Emmy Award-winning series Breaking Bad to highlight Rules of Professional Conduct pertinent to real estate, estate planning, and general practitioners.
Session Two: The Vision of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau | 1.50 MCLE/CLE (4:00 - 5:30 p.m.)
Noerena Limon, current Policy Analyst with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Washington, D.C., and former official in the Office of Political Affairs in the White House, will outline the dramatic changes coming to our real estate and title practices under the CFPB's RESPA/TILA disclosure rules and electronic closing initiative:
