ATG Agents in Metro East Service Area

As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and take into consideration the individual needs of our staff in various locations, we have decided to move our Metro East employees off-site and allow them to work from home. To ensure no interruption in service to our agents and their clients, we are conducting closings and other business in our Metro East office by appointment.

Important Notes from ATG's March 17, 2020 Update

  • Prevention: We are taking all necessary precautions in our Metro East office and observing CDC guidance for countering the spread of illness.
  • Cleanliness: We will continue to provide a safe environment in our office by disinfecting surfaces and closing rooms, offering gloves and disposable pens.
  • Buyers and Sellers, Original Documents: Let us know if your clients are unable or unwilling to attend a closing. We can provide sellers’ attorneys a return label prior to closing so you can send original, seller-signed documents to the closing. We can also work with you on drop-off or pick-up options for seller-signed documents.
  • Checks: While we all work through this, ATG will send seller proceeds via overnight or wire delivery for no charge. In addition, we will send title and attorney checks via overnight delivery for no charge, or provide for pick-up / delivery in the Metro East area. We can also accommodate the latter for Realtors’ commission checks.
  • Power of Attorney (POA): Buyers’ attorneys, if possible, please contact your clients and their lenders to request POA approval. Obtaining POA prior to closing will limit the number of people attending the closing.
  • Limiting Attendance: Please consider whether or not Realtors (see Checks, above) or others who are not central to the transaction should attend.
  • Communication: Our experienced staff will communicate with you during the entire process via email and phone.
