Direct Operations –  Title insurance and closing services directly to home buyers and sellers working with our lender, Realtor, and attorney partners throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. We strive to complete every transaction in an efficient and professional manner (details/contact us).

Agent Operations – Advocus is a licensed underwriter and provides title agency service and support to traditional title agents — attorneys and non-attorneys — throughout Wisconsin (learn more/schedule an appointment).

  • Title agents provide complete title and settlement services to their real estate clients; we support agents from the Waukesha office.

Clerical Assistance Program (CAP) –  Clerical and closing assistance through CAP.

  • Assist attorney agents in producing title insurance while the agent is responsible for the core title services such as search, examination, and decisions of insurability.
  • Conduct closings via CAP services on behalf of the attorney agent.

Continuing Legal Education – Accredited continuing legal educational programs through Advocus University. 

  • Real estate topics for attorneys, lenders, and Realtors that will enhance your knowledge of the industry.
  • Live online programs throughout the year, plus a library of OnDemand programs available 24/7 for your convenience.
  • Most programs are free.
