Free Training: Preparing the 2010
HUD-1

A dramatically different HUD-1
will go into effect January 1, 2010. Some lenders
will require the "Smart HUD" even before that
date. To prepare our agents, RamQuest, the
creators of ATG REsource, will present two live
online training sessions on new HUD-1
preparation. ATG is also offering two live
OnSite sessions, one in Peoria and one in Fairview
Heights. See dates and details,
below.

We strongly encourage all ATG
REsource users to attend one of these free
programs to be ready for closings in 2010. If you
are using another program to prepare your HUD-1,
now may be the time to switch to ATG REsource and
gain the ease and confidence of using a
well-designed program that is RESPA compliant.
