Foreclosures are on the rise. This program will teach you ways to assist clients caught in the current foreclosure juggernaut. Get insight into the foreclosure process from foreclosure lawyers. Experienced staff from ATG and The Judicial Sales Corporation will discuss how foreclosure property is sold and insured.

This program will focus on common methods of taking title to commercial and investment real estate, including corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, with an emphasis on Illinois' newest type of business organization series LLCs.
