New Suggested Rates for the Chicago Area
Effective Date: August 15, 2011

APPLIES TO CLOSINGS IN COOK, DUPAGE, GRUNDY, KANE, KENDALL, LAKE, McHENRY, AND WILL COUNTIES

ATG announces a revised Suggested Rate Card for Chicago-area transactions. The new premium rates are effective for all files opened on or after August 15, 2011.

Please remember that you are not obligated to follow suggested rates, but ATG requires that your fees be commercially reasonable in the community in which you practice.

Required Changes Coming to Escrow Accounts
Effective Date: September 1, 2011

By this date, your ATG Agency Escrow Disbursement Accounts must comply with the Real Estate Funds Account (REFA) provisions of Rule 1.15(j) for use in those closings where the ATG agent represents a party to the transaction as an attorney:
