FIX YOUR LOAN EVENT | ATG is pitching in to help distressed homeowners right here in the Madison area, and we need your help!

Following two successful events in Chicago, ATG Wisconsin is co-sponsoring an event for distressed homeowners in partnership with The Dane County Foreclosure Prevention Task Force and the City of Madison. Distressed homeowners will meet with trained volunteer lawyers and counselors who will help them determine if they qualify for President Obama's Making Home Affordable (MHA) program designed to help them stay in their homes. Once qualified, volunteers will assist homeowners in assembling and submitting their MHA Loan Modification packages.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED | Please consider donating your Saturday for this worthwhile endeavor. Join our team by completing our Volunteer Form or by contacting Steve Robell at 800.788.8989 ext. 2185.

VOLUNTEER TRAINING | Attorney volunteers are required to attend a one-hour training course (CLE applied for) Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at 8:30 a.m. or just prior to the "Fix Your Loan" event Saturday, August 1, 2009, at 7:30 a.m. See Volunteer Form for details.

SIMILAR EVENTS IN CHICAGO | ATG recently co-sponsored two hugely successful "Fix Your Mortgage" events in Chicago. Held May 2 and June 6, 2009, ATG lawyer volunteers (and other certified home counselors) helped a total of 932 homeowners; 526 of them qualified for Obama's loan modification program and submitted their loans for modification.
