Endorsements: Form 2025 Instructions

NOTES:

Coverage: This endorsement recognizes the effect of inflation by providing that the amount of insurance on Schedule A will increase by the same percentage as inflation. It does not change the effective date of the policy, nor does it extend the coverage of the policy. The maximum Amount of Insurance the policy will ever have, with the Inflation Endorsement attached, is 150% of the original Amount of Insurance.

Procedure: This endorsement may be issued on Owner's Policies only. This form may be attached to an Owner’s Policy insuring a single-family residence or insuring an apartment complex of no more than four family units. This form is not to be used in connection with policies insuring commercial or other non-residential properties.
