NOTES:

Coverage: This endorsement offers coverage over any loss resulting from a failure of the land to be a separate and lawfully created tract of land pursuant to applicable state and local laws.

Procedure: This endorsement may be issued on either Owner’s or Loan policies. To issue this endorsement, please comply with the following:

  1. Please examine the search documents in the file. If the lot or lots ATG is insuring has/have already been insured by any title company, no further requirements must be met and you may simply issue the endorsement.
  2. If this is the first time the lot in the Subdivision is being insured, please follow ATG’s underwriting guidelines for insuring a plat of subdivision for the first time. If the requirements have been met, you may issue the endorsement.
