NEW ATG® FORM NUMBERING SYSTEM

ATG has changed its form numbering system from three to four digits. Each form number now has the number "0" inserted between the first and second digits. So, for example, the Encroachment Note Endorsement, ATG Form 219 is now Form 2019 and the Commitment (OMC) Cover, ATG Form 100 is now Form 1000. The only discrepancy in this system is the U.S. Owner Policy (OPA) Cover, ATG Form 199 is not 1099 but rather Form 1100. This is to reduce confusion with the IRS Form 1099-S. Form numbers are assigned to the following categories:

1000 Policies & Related Forms
2000 Endorsements
3000 Affidavits & Indemnity Forms

 

It is not necessary to discard any forms that you currently have on hand. Please use your current supplies until they are exhausted.
