ATG® ATTORNEY ELECTED TO FEA BOARD

Hugh Pollard photoThe Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA) named Hugh Pollard, ATG staff attorney and Escrow Department Senior Manager, to its Board of Directors and elected him FEA Vice President, Midwest Region. Members of the FEA represent companies who act as Qualified Intermediaries for Section 1031 Like-Kind Exchanges.

Formed in 1981, the FEA is the only national trade organization formed to represent intermediaries, their primary legal/tax advisors, and affiliates who are directly involved in Section 1031 exchanges. It promotes the discussion of ideas and industry innovations, ethical standards of conduct, industry and public education, and works toward uniform practices and terminology within the exchange profession.
