ATG's long-term goal is to become the premier lawyer service organization in the United States. To help us achieve that goal, we provide educational programming on a variety of topics and have formed subsidiaries and alliances with companies that will increase your law firm profit, make you more efficient, or both. As part of our Annual Shareholders' Weekend, ATG showcased member services and subsidiary companies so members could meet key people and learn more about the services we provide.

ATG Member Health Plan ATG surveyed members to measure interest in a group health plan for member law firms. Based on the overwhelmingly positive response, we formed the ATG Member Health Plan, a high-quality, comprehensive health care program for small- and medium-sized firms. The plan administrator is Fortis Benefits Insurance Company, one of the largest group insurers in the United States. Their agent, Michael Sebens, met with members during Shareholders' Weekend to answer questions and discuss Plan details. For more information, call 217.403.0113 for Mona Stevens, or ext. 217.403.0177 for Melissa Idleman.

Capital Funding Corporation ATG established Capital Funding Corporation to preserve the lawyer's ability to provide title insurance services in a market where lenders will be in the title business. With the future possibility of federally-chartered banks selling title insurance, it makes sense to give our members the ability to provide both title insurance and mortgage financing services to their clients in order to compete. For more information, contact Mike Markoff, Capital Funding Vice President, at 630.627.5600.

Guaranty Trust Company The newest addition to ATG services is Guaranty Trust Company, a full-service, independent trust company. For a variety of reasons, trust services are no longer readily available on the local level. ATG formed Guaranty Trust to give members the ability to add trust and investment planning to the repertoire of services they offer their clients. Call 312.33TRUST (312.338.7878) to learn more about participating in the Guaranty Trust program.

The Judicial Sales Corporation The Judicial Sales Corporation handles foreclosure sales throughout Illinois. Our fees are less than half those charged by most sheriffs. This helps to preserve the foreclosed mortgagor's equity interest. For more information about the services available from The Judicial Sales Corporation, call Nancy Vallone, Manager, at 312.236.SALE (7253).
