ATG® MEMBER CONTINUES TO SUPPORT LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT

Kudos to ATG member Mark J. McGrath in Mackinaw, Illinois, who did pro bono work for one of three houses built to raise funds for Olympia Community School District in Tazewell County. Several contractors and businesses, including ATG, donated time, services, and skills. McGrath explained, "We were happy to do it. With help from ATG, the title and related services were no charge." The money raised will go toward the District's extracurricular activities. Mr. McGrath began donating legal services to this fundraising project when it began in 1997.

ATG® STAFF ATTORNEYS CONDUCT SEMINARS IN MISSOURI

In May, David Fernandes, ATG Senior Manager - Underwriting, and Terry Prillaman, ATG Staff Attorney, held procedural seminars for member and non-member attorneys of our Missouri sister bar-related® title company, Bar Plan Title. The program, an overview of title insurance forms, policies, procedures, closings, and the Missouri Title Act, was held in Kansas City, Joplin, Poplar Bluff, and St. Louis.
