You received a call from a lender who wants you to handle the payouts on a construction loan and to give the lender mechanics' lien coverage for each disbursement. What forms do you need? How are they completed and by whom? Who has to sign the documents? What is the procedure for making the payouts and insuring the lender? Do I need approval from ATG?

This Construction Escrow Documents and Procedures program will answer these and other vital questions, including a document-by-document review of the process of establishing, running, and closing the construction escrow.
