ATG Discontinues Short Sale Coordination Service

ATG's Short Sale Coordination Department has been providing Short Sale Coordination services for the past five years. As the housing market continues to improve, the volume of short sale closings has steadily declined, so our file volume is no longer large enough to sustain this service. Our Short Sale Coordination Department will continue to process all existing short sale files, however, we are not accepting new short sale files. Please note that ATG will continue to conduct closings on short sale transactions negotiated by our members, we are simply discontinuing the Short Sale Coordination services previously offered to members and their clients.
