In-Office Closings

All ATG offices in Illinois and Wisconsin are open for closings. We are following CDC guidelines and making sure we are keeping our customers and team members safe:

• When you arrive in one of our offices for a closing, you will be greeted by our team members. All employees in public areas and with customer-contact at any level are wearing masks at all times. Many offices and closing rooms are equipped with plastic shields.
• We ask that you self-evaluate by conducting an assessment screening prior to entering our facilities. We also ask that you wear a mask.
• We offer touchless thermometers at all locations.
• We disinfect closing rooms and other high-touch areas between closings and throughout the day.

Carhop Closings

We know a lot of our customers are ready to get back in a closing room, but there are still plenty who are not. We continue to have ATG Carhop Services available for those who want to do the closing from the safety of their car. Read more about Carhop Closings.

Options for Remote Online Notarization

ATG will underwrite Illinois transactions that utilize an out of state notary pursuant to our updated underwriting guidelines. ATG will also insure Illinois transactions that are notarized pursuant to Governor Pritzker’s Executive Orders. ATG Video Conferencing

Meet with your clients, even when you can’t be in the same location. Sometimes a conference call is not enough. With ATG GO Video Conferencing, we have video conferencing virtual rooms available for all active ATG agents for meetings on any legal matter. For real estate closings, you can meet with your clients virtually and review documents. Combined with ATG’s DocuSign services, many closing documents can be reviewed and signed/executed in an ATG GO Video Conference (view our Quick Reference Guide for tips and how to share and execute closing documents using DocuSign and ATG GO Video Conferencing), or you can schedule a virtual conference room now at https://conference.atgf.com/.
