ATG is buzzing as the busy summer closing season heats up — closing volume is high and we have steady traffic in all office locations. We're preparing for an even-busier June and July and we have a lot in store for you, our agents and customers.

We are committed to providing you with the best possible support and customer service at every step of the transaction.

Here are highlights of the resources we have in place to make your transactions go smoothly.

Closing Locations | We offer complete flexibility: We'll close in your office, our office, or any location convenient to the parties. Check Office Hours & Locations for address information and driving directions to any of our 18 Illinois locations or our office in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Also, for your convenience our new North Side Office will be opening August 1, 2017, in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago. Come visit us during our August 23 open house at 2934 North Milwaukee.

Bottomline Information | Need your bottomline figures or cash to close? With our easy-access system, your information is a few mouse-clicks away. Look for Your Closing on the lower right of the home page of our website; click a menu option for bottomline closing figures, closing date, time, location, and more.

Underwriting Support* | ATG has underwriters ready to help buyers' and sellers' attorneys, lenders, and other parties with questions before and during the closing. You can always email or call our underwriters. There are also a lot of helpful underwriting resources for member agents in the Underwriting Index section of our website—great materials on a variety of topics in an easy-to-navigate index. Wire Fraud Protection | ATG is committed to your clients' financial security. We have systems in place to protect them from wire fraud schemes. Our recent update to this information, Confirm Wire Instructions before Sending Funds, includes a warning about how fraudsters are now intercepting lender payoff letters. It confirms that a party should never use contact information supplied in an email they receive for confirmation, including wire instructions for transmitting funds to the closing agent and for making payoffs of mortgage loans.
