Tania M.S. Stori photoThe Illinois Land Title Association (ILTA) has submitted draft legislation to the Legislative Reference Bureau that would make significant changes to the Illinois Title Insurance Act. ATG is a member of ILTA and supports the ILTA's decision to propose this legislation.
