Our speakers will cover real estate caselaw and legislative updates, closing security issues, the new ALTA title policies, and near/post death trust administration.

We are holding the Levine Institute as an online event for the second time in its history. While we miss the opportunity to see you in person, the online format gives more people the opportunity to participate. Having maxed-out our previous years’ Chicago and Oak Brook venues at 200-some seats, we welcomed more than 400 real estate attorneys to our 2020 online program, plus another 100+ who viewed it later as an OnDemand program. We look forward to hosting even greater numbers this year.

Harold was a long-time personal friend who mentored me during my early years as an attorney and through the first 20 years of my career at ATG. We established the Harold I. Levine Real Estate Institute in 2004 to honor this lawyer's lawyer, one whose main goal in life was to learn all he could in the legal arena and educate other attorneys with the knowledge he gained.

Harold was a frequent speaker and author and received many honors from the organized bar for his lifelong commitment to service. A loving guy and a big bear of a man with a gentle heart, I still miss him.
