Decedents' Estates: Pereira v Pereira — Will construction favors vesting of estates as early as possible, in the absence of a clear manifestation of the contrary intention.

Wisconsin
Mortgage Foreclosure: PNC Bank, NA v Bierbrauer (WI) — Bank employee’s affidavit based on personal knowledge sufficient to establish the bank’s right to enforce a note secured by a mortgage for purposes of summary judgment.
