ATG is pleased to announce that attorney Katharine "Kate" M. Marlin has joined our Wisconsin Operations team as Title Operations Counsel in our Waukesha office.

In addition to providing underwriting support to Wisconsin member agents and managing Wisconsin closing operations, Kate is the point of contact for members using the Clerical Assistance Program (CAP), ATG's newest support service for Wisconsin attorneys. CAP provides typing services to member agents to assist in the production of commitments, policies, and other title-related documents. Kate assists CAP participants by offering support on how to examine search materials, review the abstract and the search package, and properly reflect the results.

"I am excited to have Kate as part of the ATG Wisconsin team," said Tom Cullen, Vice President and Managing Attorney of ATG Wisconsin Operations. "She is bright and enthusiastic and in just a few short months she has already done a lot to support ATG members and their clients."

A graduate of Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Kate earned her J.D. in 2012 and her undergraduate degree in 2005. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Land Title Association (WLTA) where she serves as Vice Chairperson - WLTA Convention Committee. She is also a member of the Waukesha County Bar Association (WCBA) and serves on its Young Lawyers Division - Real Estate Section.

Kate will be instrumental in making sure Wisconsin member agents and their clients have a positive and professional experience at ATG. Her efforts to organize and perfect  the CAP initiative have already had meaningful results. Contact Kate anytime to learn about CAP or discuss your latest real estate transaction.
