The Harold I. Levine Real Estate Institute - Evolving to Meet Your Needs

A Proud Tradition in its Twelfth Year

Jerry T. Gorman photoATG Legal Education has made several changes to the Harold I. Levine Real Estate Institute that we believe ATG, ATG Trust, and IRELA members will enjoy. First, we moved the location from the Loop to Oak Brook at the more spacious Marriott. Next, we will feature estate planning and trust presentations in our afternoon session, which also deal with real estate matters. We believe this content will benefit members of all three organizations.

In looking over the program agenda, you will note there is no session on TRID. Aren't we all worn out by that topic? Instead, we will focus on small commercial transactions, dealing with zoning and other governmental regulations, and conclude the morning session with a timely panel discussion on cyber security designed to help you protect not only your clients' private information but to reduce your potential liability. In the afternoon we will look at how to handle real property in estate planning and provide an update on directed trusts. We have applied for 1.50 hours of professional responsibility CLE credit for this session with the full day providing 5.50 hours of CLE.

Couple these topics presented by a distinguished and knowledgeable group of speakers with complementary continental breakfast, lunch, and cocktail reception and you have an extremely comfortable way to meet your CLE requirements and enhance your legal knowledge. We hope to see you on Thursday, November 10 at the Chicago Marriott Oak Brook for ATG's 12th Annual Harold I. Levine Real Estate Institute.See below for the registration link.
