Meet Debra Thompson, ATG's New Indiana State Manager

ATG welcomes Debra Thompson, Indiana State Manager. In this new role, Deb will support existing ATG members, recruit new members, and coordinate Indiana operations. Deb's professional background and previous job experience yield a thorough understanding of real estate transactions and title insurance. Based in the Indianapolis area, Deb will travel the state to provide support for ATG members and their employees on title examination, underwriting, and real estate closing procedures.

Deb has been in the real estate and title insurance Industry since 1992, starting in real estate sales. Prior to joining ATG, she was the Director of Title Insurance Education and co-owner of Professional Education Services, LLC., a provider of licensing and continuing education in the state of Indiana. In addition to her title insurance experience, Deb also has a property and casualty insurance background specializing in construction, and she holds CRIS designation (Construction Risk Insurance Specialist). Debra's experience also includes the shared ownership and operation of a national signing agency for more than five years, specializing in FHA and VA loan closings. She also owned and operated a title agency and an insurance brokerage in Central Indiana, each for four years. Deb has been teaching title insurance and mortgage broker continuing education class since 2001 and designed the curriculum for Indiana Title School.
