"The last of ATG's great founders passed away today. John Satter was one-of-a-kind. He was a mentor to so many of us — the guy who steered us to Governance with a capital G. Handsome. Smart. Honest. And so much more. A great man. Thank you, John, for building this legacy." Peter Birnbaum, ATG President and CEO. William Austin, ATG Chairman, added, "John was the epitome of ATG in so many ways, and certainly in word and deed. He leaves behind the fruits of his vision. Rest in Peace, John."
The ATG Family of Companies extends its deepest sympathies to the Satter family.
