Metro East Operations Update: Our New Staff is Ready to Serve You

It is with great excitement that we welcome Carrie Roberts as the manager of the Metro East Office.

As we reflect on 2019, a year of transition, we offer our sincere appreciation for your continued support and patience. Looking forward, our goal remains to work hard and earn your business, every day.

We are excited to introduce the new team in our Swansea office:

Carrie Roberts Manager, ATG Metro East Operations

• Carrie Roberts | Formerly of Gateway Title, Carrie has significant experience managing a title company and performing closings. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and ready provide you with excellent service.
• Melissa Rosenberg | Many of you are already relying on our title searcher, Melissa, who has been conducting searches for ATG agents since September.
• Pam Mathews | As a longtime ATG employee, Pam has worked hard to fill gaps during the transition. She remains in the Metro East office through year-end to work with our new staff. After the first of the year, she will shift her focus back to agent support and development, but will also be available to our Metro East staff, as needed.
• Dottie Brewster | Dottie will start in January 2020 to assist Pam with agent support as well as to provide back-up for the Metro East office.

I am confident you will find Carrie, Melissa, Pam, and Dottie to be an effective team, focused on you, our valued local agents.
