Welcome to ATG's New Loop Office Closing Space

First-Floor Access to State-of-the-Art Facilities

In keeping with ATG's goal to make every client's closing as smooth and efficient as possible, we moved our closing rooms and support services from the 24th floor of One South Wacker to street level, right off the first floor lobby. The new space has a fresh, updated look and several amenities for you and your clients. Same great staff, closers, and service...now with easy access and no more elevator trips. We've been closing transactions there for all of 2022 and have received great compliments and positive reactions from agents and customers.
