ATG and the University of Illinois College of Law are delighted to present this 3.25 CLE credit course analyzing America's mortgage crisis from the perspectives of a U.S. bankruptcy judge, a U of I College of Law business law professor, and a practicing real estate lawyer. Topics will include:
  • the roles played by Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, investment banks, and credit rating agencies;
  • the government and real estate industry response; and
  • short sale and other strategies for your clients.
